Ingredients:
- Grated carrot - 1 cup
- Split moong dal - 1/4 cup ( soaked for at least 2 hours before)
- Grated cucumber - 1/2 cup
- Green chilli - 1 small
- Cilantro - 1 to 2 string
- Lemon juice - 2 tea spoon
- Salt - 1/4 tea spoon
- Hing - a pinch
Preparation:
- Place grated carrot, cucumber and soaked moong dal in a vessel.
- Add finely chopped chilli&cilantro to that.
- Mix then well.
- Now add salt, hing & lime juice to that and mix them well.
- Garnish with a seasoning on top.
