CARROT KOSUMBRI (SALAD)


Ingredients:
  • Grated carrot - 1 cup
  • Split moong dal - 1/4 cup ( soaked for at least 2 hours before)
  • Grated cucumber - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli - 1 small
  • Cilantro - 1 to 2 string
  • Lemon juice - 2 tea spoon
  • Salt - 1/4 tea spoon
  • Hing - a pinch

Preparation:
  1. Place grated carrot, cucumber and soaked moong dal in a vessel.
  2. Add finely chopped chilli&cilantro to that.
  3. Mix then well.
  4. Now add salt, hing & lime juice to that and mix them well.
  5. Garnish with a seasoning on top.
