Ingredients:
- Beans - 1 cup
- Carrots - 1/2 cup
- Peas -1/2 cup
- potatos - 1 cup
- onions - 1/2 cup
- tomatoes - 1/2 cup
- cilantro - 2to3 strings
- Oil - 4 to 5 tea spoon
- salt - 1 tea spoon
- ginger-garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
- turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
- red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon
- cumin powder - 1 tea spoon
- coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
- garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon
- heavy cream - 1 table spoon
Preparation:
- cook all the chopped vegetables in pressure cooker.
- Take oil in heavy bottom pan .
- Add chopped onions & ginger-garlic paste and fry till they are transparent.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and cook them well.
- Mix all the powders except garam masala and cook till oil oozes off.
- Now mix all the cooked vegetables and bring it to boil.
- At last add garam masala & heavy cream mix them well.
- Off the flame after 5 minutes and garnish with cilantro.
