BREAD TIKKI CUTLETS


Ingredients:
  • Bread - 8 slices
  • Potato - 1 medium size
  • Carrot - 1 small
  • Beans - 6 to7
  • Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Spinach - 1/2 cup
  • Methi leaves - 1/4 cup
  • onion - 1 medium size
  • Salt - 3/4 tea spoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/8 tea spoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon
  • Garam masala - 1/8 tea spoon
  • Oil - 4 to5 spoons
  • Cumin & mustard seeds for seasoning.

Preparation:
  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and pressure cook them.
  2. Heat 2 spoons of oil and add cumin and mustard seeds.
  3. Then fry onion till golden brown.
  4. Add all cooked vegetables and mix.
  5. Now add red chili,salt,turmeric&corriander powder.
  6. Mix them well and make sure its dry.
  7. Add garam masala at the end and switch of the heat.
  8. Let it to cool down.
  9. Then take a bread slice dipe it in water and gently sweeze it to remove water.
  10. Take a spoon of masala and place it on the bread.
  11. Fold the bread to cover the masala.
  12. Place on a medium hot tawa with few drops of oil around.
  13. Remove it off when both side are golden brown.
  14. Bread tikki is ready with ketchup to be served.
