Ingredients:
- Tomato --4 medium size
- Green chili - 2 to 3small
- Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
- Sugar - 2 tea spoon
- Water - 2 cups
- Hing - a pinch
- Cilantro - 2 strings
- Red chilli,mustard seeds for seasoning.
Preparation:
- Make puree of the tomatoes.
- Add green chilli, salt , water& puree to a steel bowl.
- Place on a mediun flame.
- When it comes to boil add sugar.
- Boil it for few more minutes and off the flame.
- Garnish with cilantro & seaoning made of ghee.
