TOMATO RASAM

Ingredients:
  • Tomato --4 medium size
  • Green chili - 2 to 3small
  • Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Sugar - 2 tea spoon
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Cilantro - 2 strings
  • Red chilli,mustard seeds for seasoning.
Preparation:
  1. Make puree of the tomatoes.
  2. Add green chilli, salt , water& puree to a steel bowl.
  3. Place on a mediun flame.
  4. When it comes to boil add sugar.
  5. Boil it for few more minutes and off the flame.
  6. Garnish with cilantro & seaoning made of ghee.
