Ingredients:
- Rice - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup (acc to consistence)
- Salt - 3/4 spoon
- Green chili - 1to 2
- Cilantro - 2 strings
- Hing - a pinch
- cashew nuts,mustard seeds, red chili for seasoning.
Preparation:
- Cook rice with 3.5 cups of water and keep it aside.
- Finely chop the green chili & cilantro.
- Mix the cooked rice,salt,green chilies, hing in a bowl.
- Then add curd and mix them well.
- Garnish with cilantro & seasoning.
