Ingredients:
- Dil leaves - 1/2 bunch
- Cooked moong dal - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1 small
- Onion - 1 small
- Salt - 1/2 spoon
- Oil - 2 tea spoon
- Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon
- turmeric powder - a pinch
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/8 tea spoon
- Red chili - 1
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan with cumin and mustard seeds.
- When is splitters add onion and fry till transparent.
- Then add tomato, turmeric & red chill powder and cook.
- Add chopped dil leaves and cook them.
- Finally add cooked moong dal and mix it well.
- Switch of the flame and season with red chill,cumin& mustard seeds.
- Dil Dal subzi is ready to eat with rotis.
