Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Tomato 2 medium size
- Mint leaves 3 to 4 strings
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil to fry
- Dry flour for rolling.
Preparation:
- Make puree of tomato,mint leaves and keep aside.
- Mix salt, wheat flour in a bowl.
- Then add puree to it and mix them well.
- Add requied amount of water to make a tight dough.
- Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then divide them into small balls and roll them of.
- Fry till they are golden brown and your tomato puri is ready to eat.
