TOMATO PURI


Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Tomato 2 medium size
  • Mint leaves 3 to 4 strings
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil to fry
  • Dry flour for rolling.

Preparation:
  1. Make puree of tomato,mint leaves and keep aside.
  2. Mix salt, wheat flour in a bowl.
  3. Then add puree to it and mix them well.
  4. Add requied amount of water to make a tight dough.
  5. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Then divide them into small balls and roll them of.
  7. Fry till they are golden brown and your tomato puri is ready to eat.
