Ingredients:
- Ragi flour - 2 cups
- Cooked rice - 1 table spoon
- Oil - 2 tea spoon
- Salt - 1 tea spoon
- Water - 4 cups.
Preparation:
- Boil water along with salt &oil in heavy bottom pan.
- Then add cooked rice when water is getting warm.
- Mix a spoon of ragi flour in 2to3 spoons of water and keep aside.
- Add this mix to boiling water as it prevents lumps.
- Then add remaing flour after 1or 2 mintes.
- Mix it well with a wooden ladle.
- Switch off the flameand cover it with a lid till it cools off.
- Wet your hands and make balls out of it.
- Serve it with methi /spinach dal samber.
