Ingredients:
- Cooked toor dal - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1 small size
- Tamarind - 1 tea spoon thick pulp
- Rasum powder - 1 tea spoon
- Water - 2 cup
- turmeric - a pinch
- Salt - 3/4 spoon
- Cilantro - 2 strings
- Hing - a pinch
Preparation:
- Place dal,tomato,turmeric & water in a vessel.
- Switch on the flame.
- Add tamarind pulp and leave it to boil.
- When it starts to boil add rasum powder & salt.
- Switch off the flame after is boils completely.
- Garnish with hing & cilantro.
