Ingredients:
- Cooked chick peas - 1 cup
- Raw mango - 1/4 cup
- tomatoes - 1 medium
- Onion - 1/2 medium
- Cilantro - 4 strings
- Salt - for taste
- Black pepper - for taste
- Vinegar - 1 tea spoon
Preparation:
- First chop all the vegetables.
- Its good if u mash a bit, half of the cooked chick peas.
- Take a bowl add all the Ingredients to that.
- Mix them well.
- Garnish with a seasoning with cumin & mustard seeds.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
